Through the CSULA Alumni Association, WBT Industries has designed a program that allows you to have your diploma preserved on solid hand-crafted Walnut Wood or in the Black Edition. Preservation will transform your original diploma into a work of art, ready to display in your home or office.

Here’s how it works:

For CSULA alumni and individuals that already have their diploma:

For graduating CSULA students that do not have their diploma:

1. Download the form appropriate form below.

2. Mail or bring the completed form to the CSULA Alumni Association with your *original diploma.

3. The CSULA Alumni Association will deliver your diploma directly to WBT Industries for preservation.

4. Your preserved original diploma will be mailed to you via FedEx Ground Service within 8-10 weeks.

1. As a CSULA graduating student you will automatically receive the Diploma Preservation Form 2 weeks prior to the release of your diploma. 

2. If you wish to preserve your original diploma, mail or bring the completed form to the CSULA Alumni Association on or before the deadline due date on the form. 

3. If you opt to preserve, the CSULA Alumni Association will receive your diploma and deliver it directly to WBT Industries for preservation.

4. Your preserved original diploma will be mailed to you via FedEx Ground Service within 8-10 weeks.

* The CSULA Alumni Association cannot complete your order if your diploma is not included with your order form.  The diploma you send is the document that will be preserved.  If you need an additional diploma, please contact the University Graduation Office at (323) 343-3840 or visit their website and download the "Duplicate Diploma Application" at    http://www.calstatela.edu/academic/registrar/grad_off.php.
